Realization of Myself

I keep pushing and pushing

Until everything breaks

My lack of patience is

The destructive force in the relationships

I long to have.

Delicate china plates.

The gentle crashing

is the sound track continuously

Playing in my heart.

For your sake I am

Trying to aid your golden repair.

You attracted my magpie eye

And I have no intention of giving you back.

My emotions whirl through this china shop,

And there isn’t a piece coming out unscathed.

I cut my fingers on

The realization of myself.
